The problem

A US university group was manually compiling 40 student answer sheets under a unique bar code per examination, with multiple handoffs in sorting and evaluation before reaching faculty evaluators. Total turn-around-time exceeded 20 days. Manpower costs were high, rework was significant, and the privacy/security bar made standard intelligent-automation platforms a non-starter.

The system we built

A lightweight-ML MLOps pipeline deployed inside a 100% ring-fenced TerraEdge AI framework — ensuring complete privacy and governance through the evaluation process. Each bar-coded first-page student ID anchors a single consolidated assessment file covering all AI-generated answer-sheet outputs, giving faculty a single view of every submission.

What this means commercially
