What you must have:

• As a Rigger, you will be responsible for the deployment of Telecom Equipment Like Radio Equipment/ Cables/ Cellular Antenna Systems, Microwave Radio Dish Antenna System, Optical Fiber Equipment’s etc. on Standalone Tower Site or Roof Top Tower Sites.
• You will work at heights, ensuring the safe and efficient rigging of antennas, masts, towers, and other telecommunications infrastructure. This role is essential to the deployment and upkeep of reliable telecom networks and requires a high level of safety awareness and technical expertise.

    What will you do:

• Installation: Safely install antennas, dishes, masts, and other telecom equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures according to engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on telecom equipment and structures to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Rigging: Set up and secure rigging equipment, such as pulleys, cables, and harnesses, to lift and position heavy equipment safely.
• Testing: Conduct signal testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper installation and alignment of telecom equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Prepare reports as required by project managers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other site personnel to coordinate activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations involving telecom infrastructure, such as storm damage or system failures.

Education:   Technical Skills: Proficiency in using rigging tools and equipment, understanding of telecom infrastructure, and basic knowledge of signal testing equipment.
